Fogsight is a web app that turns a topic, question or abstract idea into an animated explanation built as browser-based motion graphics, which you can adjust with follow-up instructions. It is aimed at teachers, students and anyone who wants a quick visual explainer on science, history, maths and similar subjects. The project's code is public on GitHub, and a free plan with daily credits is available on the hosted site.
A practical workflow
- Open fogsight.ai and type a concept or question
- Let Fogsight plan the sequence and build the animation
- Watch the result in the browser
- Send follow-up instructions to change parts of it
- Regenerate if needed
- Export the animation
Illustrative input
This example describes a task, not a tested output. Adjust the source material and settings to your own situation.
A teacher types 'how bubble sort works' and gets a short animation to show in class, then asks for a slower pace.
Result check: Check every fact, label and step in the animation against a trusted source before showing it to students.
