Refund policy for digital resources

This policy covers paid digital resources (prompt kits, templates and bundles) bought in the Genius Forges shop. Free downloads are not charged, so no refund applies. Usage rights are in the license and delivery policy.

Who sells to you

The seller is Genius Forges. Payment is processed by Kam Wai through Payment Asia. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number for any refund request.

Immediate access and the 14-day withdrawal right

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content that is delivered straight away, that right ends once the download or access starts, but only if you have expressly agreed to immediate access and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal.

At checkout we ask you to tick a box giving that consent. If you do not tick it, you cannot buy a paid resource. If you do, your withdrawal right ends when the files are first made available to you. Nothing in this policy limits rights that the law gives you and that cannot be waived.

When we will refund you

• The files are broken, incomplete or cannot be opened, and we cannot fix this within a reasonable time.
• You received the wrong file, or the resource is materially different from its product page description.
• You were charged twice for the same order, or charged for an item you already owned.
• Anywhere, including outside the EU and UK: if you ask within 7 days of purchase and have not yet downloaded the files, we will refund the order.

We usually do not refund for a change of mind after files have been downloaded, or because AI output differed from what you hoped for. Resources are educational and no result or income is guaranteed. We look at each request fairly and may offer a correction or replacement first.

Australia

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss. These rights apply in addition to this policy.

How to ask

Email us with your order number and a short description of the problem. We aim to reply within 3 working days. Your files remain available in your account for 30 days after purchase.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Kam Wai through Payment Asia, normally within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank. A refunded order ends the download access for those files. Memberships and partner vendor purchases are handled under their own terms.

Taxes

Prices are in US dollars (US$). VAT, GST or sales tax, where they apply, are shown by the payment provider before you pay and are refunded with the order.
