1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Genius Forges ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this service.
2. Community Standards
We maintain high standards to ensure a safe, productive environment for all users. We strictly prohibit the following:
- Adult/NSFW Content: No pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult-oriented material
- Malware: No tools containing viruses, trojans, or malicious code
- Scams: No fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading services
- Gambling: No gambling, betting, or casino-related tools
- Hate Speech: No content promoting discrimination, violence, or hatred
Right to Remove: We reserve the right to remove ANY tool at our sole discretion without prior notice if it violates these standards or if we believe it may harm our community.
3. Submission Rules
When you submit a tool via /submit-tool:
- Submission does not guarantee a listing on our directory
- We review all submissions within 72 hours
- We reserve the right to edit tool descriptions for clarity, SEO optimization, and proper formatting
- You must have the legal right to submit the tool (you must be the owner, authorized representative, or have explicit permission)
- All information provided must be accurate and truthful
- You agree to keep your tool information up to date
4. Paid Features ("Get Featured")
Our featured placement service operates under the following terms:
- Booking and settlement: Partner Spotlight applications do not take payment or reserve a slot. Fixed bookings purchase the agreed time window; click-based tests use a prepaid cap. Queued bookings can be cancelled before launch. Live cancellation, service interruption and unused CPC credit are settled manually under the agreed booking terms; unused credit may be refunded or carried over by agreement.
- Service Period: Introductory bookings normally run for seven days. The confirmed start and end dates determine delivery; pausing does not automatically extend the window. A CPC campaign stops at its budget cap or end date.
- Visibility Disclaimer: We provide premium visibility and placement, but we cannot and do not guarantee specific traffic numbers, click-through rates, conversions, or sales
- Standards Compliance: Promoted tools and their landing pages must meet community standards. We may pause or remove an unsuitable campaign and review settlement under its agreed terms.
- Placement: Featured tools may appear in various locations across our site, including homepage, category pages, and dedicated featured sections
Paid placements are labelled sponsored and outbound links are qualified accordingly. Sponsorship does not buy editorial rankings, verification badges or search-ranking credit. First-party campaign reports use viewability checks, daily visitor fingerprints, deduplication and known-bot filters; they do not establish independently verified humans, conversions or sales. Provider analytics may use different definitions.
5. Liability and Disclaimers
Directory Service: Genius Forges is a directory and information platform. We list and showcase third-party AI tools but do not own, operate, or control them.
No Responsibility for Third-Party Tools: We are not responsible for:
- The functionality, quality, or performance of listed tools
- Billing disputes, refund policies, or payment issues with tool providers
- Data security, privacy practices, or breaches of third-party tools
- Service availability, uptime, or technical issues of listed tools
- Legal compliance of third-party tools with applicable laws
- Customer support quality or responsiveness of tool providers
Use at Your Own Risk: Users access and use all listed tools at their own risk. We strongly recommend reviewing each tool's terms of service, privacy policy, and user reviews before making any commitments.
6. User Accounts and Security
If you create an account on our platform:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- You must provide accurate and complete information
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Genius Forges, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
By submitting content (tool descriptions, reviews, comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, reproduce, and display your content in connection with our services.
Digital Shop Resources
Digital resources are provided in the formats, version, and support scope shown on their product pages. Our resource license and delivery policy explains permitted use, file access, updates, and purchase issues. Paid purchases are subject to our refund policy, including the EU and UK 14-day withdrawal right and the immediate-access waiver you confirm at checkout. Prices are in US dollars and any applicable VAT or sales tax is shown by the payment provider before you pay. Public free downloads remain available without a membership.
Shop Plus discounts apply only to eligible individual products and do not stack with bundle pricing. Purchased file access remains available after membership expiry. Affiliate participation requires approval, honest disclosures, and compliance with the published program terms. Partner vendors manage their own purchases and subscriptions.
8. Acceptable Use
