Outcome and preparation
An image generator can suggest a striking poster atmosphere while producing unreliable event wording. Keep the artwork and the information layer separate. Editable text makes spelling, hierarchy and later changes easier to review, even when the artwork itself is generated.
Prepare an information-first layout
Write the required headline, date, location and action before generating artwork. Fictional example: "Autumn Studio Night", "18 October", "Demo Hall", "Reserve a seat". Mark where the text will sit and choose a background with enough quiet space. Do not ask a generator to render a real sponsor logo from memory.
Generate a background with deliberate empty space
Request an abstract autumn composition with the main visual to one side and a simple area for type. Inspect the actual output before importing it. If the supposedly empty space is busy, regenerate or change the layout; covering it with tiny text does not solve readability. The conceptual cover for this article demonstrates shapes and alignment, not a working editor screenshot.
Use real text in a design editor
Place the approved wording in editable text layers in your chosen editor. Kittl documents a design environment with typography and AI artwork; confirm current font, asset and license conditions for your use. Set headline, details and action at visibly different sizes. Avoid converting the whole poster into one image before proofreading.
A practical acceptance check
Read the poster at phone size and as a small thumbnail. Compare the event wording character by character with the approved brief. Check the quiet area around each line and export a sample. Have another reader identify the event, date and action without zooming. If any answer is unclear, revise the layout rather than adding more decoration.
Keep a reusable template
Save the source file with text layers intact, the artwork prompt and its provenance. Replace the event details for the next poster and repeat the small-size check. The workflow makes corrections easier; it does not guarantee campaign engagement or remove the need to verify image and font permissions.
