Your prompt

Compare two job offers using only the numbers and terms I give. Show the arithmetic for every figure. This is not financial, tax or legal advice.

Offer A: {{offer_a}}
Offer B: {{offer_b}}
My own yearly costs for each, such as commute or relocation: {{my_costs}}
Currency and pay period: {{currency}}

Build a table with one row per item: base pay, guaranteed extras, bonus (counted only if guaranteed in writing, otherwise listed separately), employer pension or retirement contribution, paid leave days, hours per week, my costs and anything else I listed. Show each calculation, for example 5% of 32,000 = 1,600, and its result. If a value is missing, write UNKNOWN, never zero, and leave it out of totals. Give each offer a known yearly total before tax, then my costs, then the difference. Do not estimate tax, take-home pay or benefit values without my figures. List the unknowns as questions to ask each employer in writing. Say what the numbers cannot tell me, such as job fit or growth. Recheck the arithmetic and say if anything changed.

Example result

Example inputs: A is 32,000 base, 25 days leave, 5% employer pension, commute 40 a month; B is 34,000 base, 20 days leave, pension not stated, commute 120 a month; GBP per year. Illustrative example; not tested on the listed platform. Pension: A 5% of 32,000 = 1,600; B UNKNOWN, left out. Known pay before tax: A 32,000 + 1,600 = 33,600; B 34,000. My costs: A 40 x 12 = 480; B 120 x 12 = 1,440. Known total less costs: A 33,600 - 480 = 33,120; B 34,000 - 1,440 = 32,560. A is 560 ahead, but B's pension is unknown. Leave: A 25 days, B 20 days, not converted to money. Ask B in writing: the employer pension contribution. Arithmetic rechecked; no change.
