PROMPT CC1: The Claim Check (run in a NEW chat before you send anything)
You are a strict fact checker, not an editor. Check my resume and cover letter against my Proof Bank only.
MY PROOF BANK AND FACT SHEET: [PASTE PROOF BANK AND FACT SHEET]
MY RESUME: [PASTE RESUME]
MY COVER LETTER: [PASTE COVER LETTER OR WRITE NONE]
Make a table with ONE row for EVERY factual claim: each bullet, number, job title, employer, date, tool, result and skill. Columns:
Claim | Where it appears | Supported by (entry number or "none") | Verdict | Honest fix
Verdicts:
Supported = same meaning, same numbers and same narrowing words as the Proof Bank.
Exaggerated = the Proof Bank supports something smaller or different (for example "led" when I "helped").
Unsupported = a number, a result, leading or managing people, or a project or scope that no entry supports.
Not in bank = a plain skill, tool, detail or date that might be true, but nothing I gave you shows it.
Rules: do not use outside knowledge to decide something is probably true. Numbers, years and dates must match exactly: check every year in my documents against my fact sheet and entries. After the table list every row that is not Supported, then "Questions for me" for anything I must confirm. Do not rewrite my documents.
WHAT IT FOUND ON SAM'S FIRST DRAFT (a made-up example)
- "Reduced first-response time by 35%": Unsupported. Remove the 35%; say what you did.
- "Led a cross-functional team of 5 support agents": Unsupported. The honest version: trained 2 new hires.
- "Through a CRM migration": Unsupported. No entry shows one.
- Skill "HubSpot": Not in bank. The fact sheet says no CRM use.
- "About 3 to 4 calls a week": Supported (entry 2). Keep the word "about".
Example output written with Claude on 27 Oct 2026 by following the prompt above on Sam's made-up facts. Your result will differ.Unzip the download and open GUIDE.html in your browser. Read Start here (2 minutes).
Build your Proof Bank: answer the AI interviewer's questions about one job you have had, in plain words. 'I don't know' is a fine answer.
Paste a real job post into prompt J1, then J2 to see honestly where your proof matches and where there are gaps.
Run R1, R2 and C1 to draft a one-page resume and a short cover letter that use only your proof.
Open a NEW chat and run the Claim Check (CC1). Fix every row that is not Supported, then send and add it to the tracker.
Practice the skill first, and choose a kit when you need the editable files.
No. The kit is written for free chat assistants. Free plans can limit how many messages you send in a day; if you reach the limit, save your Proof Bank file and carry on later. Nothing in the kit needs a paid plan.
No one can promise that, and we do not. What the kit does is help your resume and cover letter say only true things, in a plain one-column layout that many systems read well. It does not trick any system and it cannot promise interviews or offers.
Yes. Volunteering, school and club projects, caring for family and side jobs all count, and the interviewer prompt asks about them. With less experience you will have fewer entries, and the guide shows how to be honest about the gaps instead of hiding them.
The guide has a short plain section on what not to paste: phone numbers, home address, date of birth, ID or bank details, and confidential employer information. It also tells you to read your AI app's own data and privacy settings, because menus and rules change. You decide what to share.
The prompts are plain text and are written so any chat assistant can follow them. We have only tried them with Claude, and the worked examples were written with Claude on 27 October 2026. ChatGPT, Gemini and others should work but answer differently.
One ZIP file: the guide (HTML and PDF), the 14 prompts, resume, cover letter and Proof Bank templates, a tracker spreadsheet, 7 email templates and 4 printable cards. Plan about 90 minutes for your first job, then about 20 minutes for each new application. There is a 15-minute express path if you are in a hurry.
The method works anywhere, but resume customs differ. The templates use a plain layout common in the US, UK and Canada, and the guide reminds you to check what is usual in your country, such as whether a photo or date of birth is expected.
Our refund policy applies. We refund if the files are broken or cannot be opened and we cannot fix them, if you received the wrong file or it is materially different from this page, or if you were charged twice. Outside those cases, if you ask within 7 days of purchase and have not downloaded the files, we refund the order. We usually do not refund a change of mind after download, or because AI output differed from what you hoped for.
